Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Amplifi subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us atsupport@amplifi.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Platform through the end of your paid period.
2. Refund Policy
Amplifi subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or for unused portions of a subscription period.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for:
- Duplicate charges resulting from a billing error.
- Charges incurred after a documented cancellation request that was not processed in time.
- Technical failures that rendered the Platform substantially unusable for an extended period.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under an eligible exception, contact us at support@amplifi.io within 15 days of the charge in question. Please include your account email, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation.
4. Free Trials
If you are on a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charges. Trial periods are non-renewable unless otherwise stated.
5. Annual Plans (If Applicable)
If annual billing options are offered, refunds for annual plans will be considered on a pro-rated basis for unused months, less any applicable processing fees, at our sole discretion.
