AI Transparency & Use Policy
Effective Date: March 23, 2026 | Disruptive Technologies, LLC
1. Overview
Amplifi incorporates artificial intelligence features designed to assist SBA lenders and brokers with document review, deal intake processing, and workflow automation. This policy describes how AI is used within the Platform, its limitations, and user responsibilities.
2. How AI Is Used in Amplifi
AI features within Amplifi may include:
- Document completeness checks - identifying missing items in a deal package
- Data extraction - pulling key fields from uploaded documents to reduce manual data entry
- Anomaly flagging - surfacing potential inconsistencies or issues for human review
- Workflow suggestions - recommending next steps based on deal stage and document status
3. AI Is a Tool, Not a Decision-Maker
All AI-generated outputs within Amplifi are provided as decision-support tools only. They are not intended to constitute underwriting determinations, credit decisions, legal conclusions, or financial advice. Final decisions regarding any loan, deal, or borrower remain the sole responsibility of the lender, broker, or originator using the Platform.
4. Accuracy and Limitations
AI models can and do make mistakes. Amplifi's AI features are designed to improve efficiency, not to replace professional judgment. Users should independently verify any AI-generated output before acting on it, particularly in regulated or high-stakes contexts.
5. Data Use in AI Training
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your data. Amplifi does not use your identifiable deal documents, borrower information, or proprietary data to train our AI models without your explicit consent. We may use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified usage data to improve platform performance and model accuracy.
6. Third-Party AI Providers
Amplifi may leverage third-party AI infrastructure or model providers to deliver certain features. Any third-party providers are subject to data processing agreements that restrict use of your data to the scope of services provided.
7. Human Oversight
We believe in keeping humans in the loop. Amplifi is designed so that AI outputs are always presented for human review. No action within the Platform is taken automatically on behalf of users without their knowledge and input.
8. Regulatory Compliance
Users in regulated industries, including SBA lending, are responsible for ensuring their use of AI-assisted tools complies with applicable regulations, including SBA Standard Operating Procedures, fair lending laws, and any other federal or state requirements.
9. Feedback and Corrections
If you encounter an AI output that appears inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate, please report it to support@amplifi.io. Your feedback helps us improve.
10. Updates to This Policy
As our AI capabilities evolve, we will update this policy accordingly. Material changes will be communicated to users in advance.
